We achieve this mission through job training, employment, and personal growth opportunities for people with disabilities or other barriers to employment. Through Goodwill, people experience the self-respect derived from earning a paycheck.

We accept PayPal for all eBay orders.

Shipping

All media sold via Goodwill Too on eBay is shipped by USPS Media Mail at no extra charge, however we will only ship media to U.S. addresses. We cannot expedite orders and we cannot ship internationally. Please do not ask.

We typically ship orders within 2 business days of receiving the order. This is not the same as delivery. Shipping is the time it takes to put your order in the mail. Delivery is the time it takes for the US Postal Service to carry it from us to you. We normally expect delivery to be between 4 and 14 business days from shipping, but may be as long as 21 business days. Contact us if you have any concerns about your order before leaving any feedback, please!

Returns

Your satisfaction is very important to us. Please contact us via the methods available within eBay regarding any problems before leaving negative feedback. Any defects, damages, or material differences with your item, must be reported to us within 7 days of receipt of the item or 30 days from date of shipment.

The returned merchandise must be postmarked within 30 days of the shipment notification. Non-deliveries must be reported within 30 days of Shipment Notification. Undeliverable, unclaimed, refused, or insufficient addresses will be subject to a 20% restocking fee plus the cost of shipping.
