This is a vintage Walter Foster book called "How to Paint From Your Color Slides and Photographs". Oftentimes working from a small photo has its advantages. You cannot see all the details so you can not put them in. Learn to simplify. You can express more by suggesting trees, rocks, flowers, etc., but -and here is the catch- you must first know a tree in detail before you can simplify it. The different step-drawings are so essential to follow. The book has great tips on how to paint from a color slide. It does have a name on the front of the book. This book is used, but still in good useable condition. Please ask questions is you need more information.
