Back to Basics PUMPKIN SCREEN 4 Food Strainer 220 NEW!

This is a BACK to BASICS PUMPKIN SCREEN for use with the BACK TO BASICS FOOD STRAINER & SAUCE MAKER When you are processing PUMPKIN through the food strainer you cannot use the regular screen designed for apples or tomatoes. The pulp is too large and will clog up the pores early in the process so you have to take it all apart and clean it which is a royal pain! (Trust me, I know this!) To process the pumpkin I cut it open, bake it for one hour and peel the rind off. Then run it through the food strainer with the pumpkin Screen. I freeze it for future use. I have great recipes for pumpkin bread, pie, pumpkin butter (like jam-it tastes like pumpkin pie on toast! ) I would be happy to help with any questions you may have about the use, recipes or canning proceedures. I accept returns if notified within 7 days of receipt of the item. The item must be returned in the same condition as when shipped. The buyer is responsible for shipping costs.
