This is a striking pair of recent season Taryn Rose high heel open toe lace up spectator pumps.  The shoes have black and white punched and nude leather insoles.  
 
These shoes are an Italian size 39, a U.S. size 9.  They are new in box, never worn, and retail for $470.00.  They are called the Cheval style.
 
The shoes measure toe to heel 10.5" and 3.5" across at the widest part of the front of the foot.  Heels are 3.5".
