RETURNS

Please know that we want you to be completely satisfied and happy with any purchase.  We strive to provide a thorough and accurate description of the item, noting any defects or flaws.  For this reason, all items are sold "as-is" and we do not offer returns, unless there has been an error or omission in the listing of our item.  If so, we will issue a refund of the original purchase price.  Buyer will be responsible for shipping costs incurred for the return and the item must be returned within 10 days and in the condition as it was originally shipped. As stated above, we try to describe items as thoroughly as possible, so please email if you are unclear as to anything you read in the description, or if you have any additional questions about the item.  We try to respond to any questions in a timely manner.  Also, please take a moment to read all of the positive feedback we have received from our wonderful customers....We appreciate you!

PAYMENT

Payment must be made through PayPal within 3 days of purchase or the item will be relisted and the buyer will be reported to eBay for nonpayment of contract. 

SHIPPING/INSURANCE

We try to keep costs down by using the least expensive shipper…usually USPS or UPS.  Books are usually shipped by Media Mail.  Insurance and delivery confirmation is optional on most items, but sometimes is required if the item is extremely fragile or expensive, and we will indicate in the item description if insurance is included in the shipping charges.  If you decline insurance, we take no responsibility for lost or damaged items. We do recycle and re-use boxes and packaging materials. We strive to package items with great care. A shipping discount is possible for multiple items purchased within a one week period.
