A Few Words About Vintage:
Characterized by enduring excellence, appeal, and importance: classic, classical. Of a style formerly in vogue: antiquated, antique, archaic, bygone, dated, distinctive, individual, peculiar, old. Used. Probably dirty and imperfect with stains, holes or other defects associated with age. Most retailers expect you to pay extra for poor interpretations of these well-worn badges of 'cool' - we never charge extra for character.

Hipster General's Warning:
A T-Shirt is not a Tuxedo, even when it's a Tuxedo T-Shirt. My shirts are offered as vintage collectibles which is basically marketing-speak for used originals of limited availability. I've collected thousands of T-Shirts over the past 2 decades primarily because I was inspired by the graphics and my personal consideration of it's pop cultural relevance or some other random factors that I believe to be interesting, witty, cool etc. My shirts are almost entirely the result of scouring countless thrift stores and garage sales. Though I have been fortunate enough to stumble across the occasional "new with tag" item from the 1970's, 99% of my shirts have some form of minor imperfection, running the gamut from bleach spots, fading, stains of all sorts, small holes, runs and the like. I smoke. I have cats. Deal with it. Even college students occasionally do laundry. I will do my best to identify any major issues but the bidder should assume an item to be, well, used. I have personally worn many of these shirts and must say for the most part that a cool graphic always trumps any garment imperfections. If you plan on wearing this item to a bar mitzvah, prom, wedding, funeral or the like, I strongly suggest you get a copy of The Field Guide to Stains: How to Identify and Remove Virtually Every Stain Known to Man available at Amazon. I have had good results following their directions, even on stains that were probably many years old. If all else fails ask your mom - moms are genetically programmed to know this kind of stuff. And lastly, consider constructing a fascinating story (lie) such as "that's where Dio's roadie puked on me", "it's a souvenir bullet hole from Compton", "I wore this when I was fooling around with the Olsen twins" or better yet "I scored this at Monica Lewinsky's garage sale" - be creative.
