1. Slight dimple on the left edge of the freezer door. See photo 6 below.

2. Superficial scratch on the right side of the refrigerator door. See photo 7 below.

3. Minor paint scuffs and chips on both left and right sides of the unit. See photos 8 - 10 below.

- Buyer has 30 days from receipt of merchandise to verify the unit's stated cosmetic condition. (see "Item Condition" section of listing)

- Warranty and Guarantee does not cover: improper installation, not installed in accordance with manufacturer's installation instructions or national, state, municipal or local electrical codes; replacement or repair of house fuses or faulty house wiring or plumbing.

If at the time of delivery the carton shows damage then it is the sole responsibility of the purchaser to

note any and all damage on the carrier's freight bill in order to file a claim. If you do not note damage to

the carton or the item at the time of delivery then you have waived your right to file a claim if damage is

found thereafter.

■ You have the right to fully inspect the package before signing for and accepting the package in good

condition.

■ If the carton shows any sign of rough handling you have the right to open it immediately to inspect for

damage.

■ Even if you do not believe your item is damaged not the carton damage on the carrier's freight bill as

a precaution.

Should I accept or refuse a damaged item?

Unless the damage is minor we suggest you refuse the item. However, if you decide to accept a

damaged item, you are accepting the complete responsibility of noting damage and filing any and all

claims and appeals directly with the carrier. We will be more than happy to offer any information that we

may have available in order for you to handle the claim. Make a written request to the carrier for

inspection and save all packaging materials. The carrier will provide claim paperwork.

In the event you send a representative to pick up an item in your stead, or if a representative will

accept an item in your absence, all of the above should be communicated to that individual prior to

receipt of the item and will apply in any event.

Otherwide due to the unique nature of eBay and the individuality of each item ALL SALES ARE FINAL. So, please make your selections carefully.

It is our desire that you get exactly what you have been sold in this listing. If an error in the description has occurred, we apologize and are ready to take any reasonable action to correct the error.
