Item must be returned within 7 days of receipt or 14 days of purchase which ever is sooner.
Faulty items will be replaced without question (including all postage costs) 
Items must be returned with all original packaging.
Items which are sealed when despatched MUST be still sealed when returned. Sealed items i.e. DVD's, CD's, Electronic Games and some Books, Coins and other items will not be refunded if the seal or cellophane has been removed.
