Warranty

We are authorized dealer of Davis Instruments products and sell only new items. All Davis Instruments products purchased from us carry one year manufacturer warranty.

Shipping & Handling

Weather station will be shipped within one day of receiving the payment via USPS Priority Mail. Shipping charges within USA will be $3.99. International buyers will pay S&H charges based on the ship-to country.

Payment

We prefer and accept Paypal payment.  If you do not have Paypal account then payment can be made via any major credit card. Item will be shipped only after we receive confirmed payment.

Sales Tax

All Pennsylvania buyers are required to pay 6% sales tax (on sales price + S&H).

Return/Refund

Customer satisfaction is very important for us. If you do not like the product we will refund your money within 7 days for unopened box. 20% restocking charge will be applied on opened box. If product is not working properly then we will help you resolve the issue or exchange the item within 30 days. After this period manufacture warranty will take effect.

For refund or exchange, buyer will have to pay for return shipping charges. In case of refund, we will refund the sale price of the item only (S&H charges will be deducted). Please send us email for Return Authorization before sending the item back to us.

International Buyers

We are happy to sell to international buyers. Please note that this model is designed to work USA version of Vantage Pro.  For UK and other European countries, Davis Instruments has created version specific for the country so you may like to buy those products.

Please make sure that you want this item before bidding or buying. Because of high shipping cost, we will not able to refund/return on this item. Buyers will be responsible for Custom duty/tax and clearing the item from Customs, if required.
