SHIPPING: We offer free shipping anywhere in the Continental United States. A $44.00 surcharge applies for insurance on the shipment of this item. In the unlikely event that damage happens during shipment, it must be noted before you sign. If you live on a military base, there is a $250.00 surcharge. For those outside the Continental US or Canada please inquire for a quote. Shipping is strictly curbside. Curbside shipping means at the end of your driveway, closest the main road. Premium inside white glove service is available in most areas. For a quote please contact us and be prepared to give an accurate description of the conditions of the inside delivery. Inside delivery starts at $350.00.
