PAYMENTS, SALES TAX, SHIPMENT TIMES, CUSTOMER SERVICE

Applicable sales tax is charged for deliveries going to NY, NJ or FL.  We gladly accept Visa, Mastercard and Discover Card as payment.  With credit card payments, we will take the information from you over the phone and fax you an invoice.  You must sign the invoice and fax or scan it back to us with a clear copy of the credit card you are going to use.  Checks are accepted by fax.  You just write the check out and then we debit your checking account.  We have to allow an additional 10 business days for the check to clear.  Bank wires are also accepted.  If you bank wire us the money, we will pay for your outgoing wire fee that is charged by your bank.  Once cleared payment is received, your treadmill will ship in (10) ten business days.  Once the item leaves our warehouse it will arrive in 3-10 business days depending on what state you live in.  All sales are final.
