PAYMENT:

   Preferred method is Paypal just because it's quick, easy, and traceable.   Be sure to make contact or payment within 7 days of your first win.  I hate to do so, but I do excercise my right to file a Non Paid Item claim with ebay and relist the item if payment is not made.

I usually try to send an updated invoice after each days wins for those who are taking advantage of the combined shipping discounts!!!  The daily invoice is not a demand for payment.  Be sure to take advantage of the full 7 days!!

SHIPPING: 

     I replace damaged jewelcases prior to shipment.  Anything with broken hinges or large cracks will be replaced.  Occasionally a jewelcase will have scuffs from storage or sticker residue, but obviously this in no way affects the discs and inserts.  I pack and ship in bubble wrap, but sometimes jewelcases may become cracked during shipping, but usually there is no problems!

    In the U.S.     $3.00 for first item, $1.00 each additional win.  Combine for up to 7 days!!!  I ship 1-2 CDs/Cassettes USPS First Class, 3 or more Media Mail unless other arrangements are made.  I can ship by any method you like, but it may cost more.   If you want to add on delivery confirmation, I would be glad to do so for only the charge USPS charges me.  It's just a little extra peace of mind for you!!

    In Canada My good friends to the North!!  $4.00 for first item, $2.00 each additional win.  I ship USPS First Class International.  More than 2 items at a time will be shipped without jewelcases for my Canadian customers to help keep the shipping costs LOWER!!!  If you want me to ship WITH the jewelcases, contact me for rates. Please remember that any duties, taxes or customs charges on your side of the border are the buyers responsibility.  I can not mark the customs form as "gift", this is against the law!!

  International:   $6.00 for first CD, $2.00 each additional CD/cassette win.    2 or more at a time will be shipped without jewelcases for my international customers to help keep the shipping costs LOWER!!!  If you want me to ship WITH the jewelcases, contact me for rates.  I ship USPS First Class International.  Please remember that any duties, taxes or customs charges on your side of the border are the buyers responsibility.  I can not mark the customs form as "gift", this is against the law!!

I visit the post office usually 3 times or more per week.  My customers continue to say I have some of the fastest shipping around!  When payment is made, I pack and post it off!
