TERMS OF SALE
It is with a heavy heart that I am forced to make some changes in my policies. I have been relaxed to say the least about bidders contacting me and getting payment to me within the 10 DAYS THAT EBAY SETS NEW POLICY!!!!!! 1.) I will now insist that I be contacted within 3 days of the auction ending. 2.) At the end of 3 days if I do not here from you the First Reminder to pay goes out. 3.) If there is still no response after 7 Days I will send a Private Email 4.) If people still choose not to contact me I will on the 10th day File Non Paying Bidders Forms. I am not asking you have payment to me immediately, I am only asking to be CONTACTED. I have people paying 20 and 30 days after there auction ends. Although I feel terrible that I have to write this publicly that people do not have enough decency to contact the seller I must. For all of you wonderful Ebayers out there I am sorry, for the others pay attention as I will and do FILE NON PAYING BIDDER FORMS, and RELIST ITEMS!!!!
****INTERNATIONAL BUYERS****
I am sorry to say I am considering closing my International Sales. I have way too many International Buyers who Do Not Read the Shipping Policies.
They also Fail to understand that items shipping from the United States
to an International destination can take anywhere from 1 to 3 weeks shipping First Class International.
I can not and will not allow my standing on Ebay to be threatened or
ruined due to people quick to mark Negative or Neutral or to give low
DSR's due to there inability to read or Ask Me A Question. I am very sorry about this as I have many Wonderful International Buyers
I
have worked with for years. I am first going to change my listings to
certain countries I choose in hopes that my regular International
Buyers can stay with me. If you normally buy from me and can not
contact me and I will see what I can do on a case by case situation. I
am sorry for these changes but I have to protect myself .

SHIPPING
Buyer pays all shipping cost. Insurance and Delivery Confirmation is optional; I am not responsible for items once they ship. Winning auctions ship once a week. I ship ONCE a WEEK, generally on a Wednesday, sometimes later depending on life. All items that are paid for between Sunday and Saturday will ship the following week generally by Wednesday. I will do my best to ship everything out by Wednesday but if life throws a curve I may ship Friday. I will always ship the most economical way, unless buyer requests a different method. All International bidders/winners should contact me for a shipping quote before paying.
PAYMENT
Payment is DUE 10 days after the Sale unless we have made other Arraignments. Feel free to shop for 7 Days before worrying about Paying. If you have a few items you would like and they are longer then the 7 Days contact me and we can work things out. If you have won more then ONE of my auctions, or are in the process of watching/biding on more of my auctions, PLEASE DO NOT PAY without requesting an INVOICE. All Multiple Bidders will need to CONTACT me so I can Discount the shipping. I ship on TRUE WEIGHT which means you can save a great deal with MULTIPLE WINS. Ebay will not give you a Discount they can not; it has to come from the seller. So PLEASE MULTIPLE WINNERS DO NOT PAY WITH OUT AN INVOICE. I am very easy to work with. I believe Ebay should be a FUN and RELAXING experience for ALL.Due to recent changes at Ebay I now can only accept PayPal for payment, I am sorry.
