Here we have a wonderful find: a catalog from Fireside Industries, an early home-sales products company. "Taking Profits from Happy Hours." Dated 1932.

The company sold products and craft supplies and instructed subscribers in how to create goods to sell them. "A Fascinating Profession that is Partcularly woman's, Paying Man-Size Incomes to Its Devotees."  Fireside Industries was based in Adrian, Michigan. 

Catalog is 32 pages.  Measures 7 1/2 inches x 10 1/4 inches. Filled with craft kits and personal gifts that were sold by individuals to earn money and premiums in the tough times of the Depression. Art Deco designs to be handpainted. Shows lamps of the period with decorated shades, shelving, candle sticks, etc. 

Catalog is in very good condition with only slight wear. No stains or tears.
