Payment:

Payment must be received within 7 days of auction end.  We accept Paypal (yes, credit cards).

Shipping & Handling:

We usually ship via USPS mail. No local pickup. The "shipping" fee does also cover "handling" (materials & labor). The fee is non-negotiable because it is a service. Make sure to take this into consideration when placing your bid.

Insurance:

Insurance is optional, but we recommend it.  We cannot be held responsible for items that are not insured.

Combined Shipping:

Yes! You get a discount off additional items *IF* auctions are won by a single ID, have closed within 7 days of each other, and you send only ONE payment for ALL items. Please contact us before making final payment for multiple items, so we can adjust the shipping.

Sales Tax:

Residents of Texas pay 8.25% sales tax.

International Bidders:

We will ship worldwide - please contact us for details BEFORE the auction closes.

International Buyers – Please Note:

·         Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer's responsibility.

·         Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding/buying.

·         These charges are normally collected by the delivering freight (shipping) company or when you pick the item up – do not confuse them for additional shipping charges.

·         We do not mark merchandise values below value or mark items as "gifts" - US and International government regulations prohibit such behavior

Refund Policy:

We are individuals, not a big company. So please read carefully before bidding.  However, if you are unhappy:

ITEM  MUST BE RETURNED WITHIN:    7 DAYS

(You pay shipping back to us.)

REFUND WILL BE GIVEN AS:  Merchandise Credit

Return Policy details: If the items are not as described, we will offer a Merchandise Credit. In most cases this will be minus shipping and Ebay fees, although if it was a blatant mistake by us we'll pick up everything. Bottom line, we want you happy!
