Who We Are

Unless otherwise stated, Redcellardoors resells store returns, liquidations and overstocked items.  Some items are open box, store returns, exercised warranty returns, shelf pulls or store displays.  We are in no way affiliated with the manufacturer of any items we sell and our listed items do not carry a manufacturer's warranty whatsoever (unless specified in the description detail). 

By bidding on any of our auctions, you agree to the following terms.  All local pick ups are subjected to a non-refundable handling fee as specified in the auction detail.  This handling fee is charged per item in the same currency as the auction (plus GST).  All items have been tested unless specified otherwise.   We do our best to describe the item listed for sale.  All as-is and clothing items are final sales.  Absolutely no returns, no refunds, no repairs and no exchanges.  In the event we list an item incorrectly or we ship an incorrect item, we must be informed within 24 hrs of receipt.  Once an item has been authorized for return and has been received in the exact same condition as shipped, it will become the discretion of redcellardoors to replace the said item as per the auction description or to issue a refund.  In the event a refund is issued, it is understood it will be for the cost of the item and excludes any shipping, handling, duty and taxes or any other levys incurred.  Buyer is responsible for any duty or taxes imposed upon a shipped or returned product.
