Payment Options

PAYPAL ONLY

· We will email payment instructions to the winning bidder as soon after the close of the auction as we can (usually within an hour during business hours).

 Include the item number, description, and mailing address along with your payment.

· Personal or business checks are not accepted for payment.

 Please also note that we only ship to a confirmed paypal mailing address.  Due to the fact that we are not covered if we ship something to a non-confirmed address and the item comes up missing we are the ones that are liable.

· Payment is due within 3 days (including holidays and weekends) from the close of the auction – no exceptions.

· Non-Paying Bidders will receive negative feedback and a Non-Paying Bidder Alert and Final Value Credit Fee will be filed with eBay – no exceptions.

E-mail

· Our business hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00AM to 5:00PM CST.

· We will answer e-mails as quickly as possible, but if you send one after 4:30 on Friday afternoon, you may not get a response until Monday morning.

Shipping

· We have a professional packaging department and adhere to shipping guidelines. You do not need to specially request good packaging, as we treat every package as if it were our own.

· Shipping will be made via UPS. We will ship your item as soon as possible, usually within 24 hours of receipt of payment.

· Please provide a physical address for shipping, as UPS will not deliver to a P.O. Box.

· We will include an Invoice in the package with your item when it is shipped, and we will email tracking information as we can after shipment (usually next day).

· Please understand that it is very possible that we will be unable to find an acceptable shipping method or the rates may be very expensive for larger items, so get a shipping quote prior to shipping.
