Up for auction is  USED Escort Passort Radar Detector 8500 x50 (with red LCD display) THAT IS STILL UNDER MANUFACTURER'S WARRANTY. 

I got this radar detector from Best Buy on Feb 15, 2009 or $328.59 !!  It is still under manufacturer's warranty which is one year so till Feb. 14, 2010.     I will give a copy of the proof of the purchase to the winner.   I am only selling it as I recently upgraded and bought Escort 9500ix so I do not need to have two of these radar detectors. 

Here is what this auction consists of  (all of the items are in excellent, BRAND NEW condition!!!):


1.  Radar detector 8500 x50 (it does have some scratches on the top as seen from the photos.  There are no scratches on the bottom or the LCD screen.  I am guessing it got scratched while it was in glove box as I used  it only on long distance trips as my daily commute to work is only 3 miles.

2.   Coiled smart cord car charger (it has the mute button on it that I found very very useful on long drives)

3.   BRAND NEW car mount and suction cups.  The original suction cups had really gone bad so it was cheaper to buy the set so the winner will get new car mount and new suction cups.  The new ones are OEM escort ones!

4.  I will provide the winner the proof of my purchase.

I never kept the original box it came in as it was not useful for me as it was too large for my glove box.  In any case, I think that the escort makes those box for travelling purposes as it would fit in a suitcase.  So I do not find that practical.
