What is the seat location?

Tickets will be in the upper level endzone or corner sections of Dolphins Stadium.  The exact seat location is to be determined.  Seats are guaranteed in pairs in sections:  420-436 or 408-448.

Please do not bid on this auction if you must know your exact seat location now.

When will I get my tickets?

Tickets will be hand delivered in Miami at the game day pre-game event.  You will be provided with exact details of when and where to pick up your tickets following the auction. 

Please do not bid on this auction if you need your tickets prior to Sunday, February 7th.

Why can’t I get my tickets shipped ahead of time?

We realize many people don’t like to travel without a ticket in hand.  Relax!  Enjoy your travel!  Your tickets are guaranteed!  We prefer to hand deliver our tickets directly to our clients for a number of reasons.

1. For your protection, we like to be sure the ticket transfers from our hands to yours without any risk of being lost in transit.  Super Bowl tickets cannot be reprinted or replaced.  Should something happen to your package in transit, Fed Ex will only insure the package up to the face value of the tickets.  Furthermore, if your ticket is lost by you when you travel, it is non-replaceable.

2. Sports Vacations secures our ticket inventory from a number of trusted sources.  Often times our inventory is not released by the NFL until the week of the event.  The longer we wait to deliver your tickets, often times, the better the seats will be.

3. We enjoy meeting our clients.  Usually with a purchase as big as the Super Bowl, we get to know our clients very well over the phone.  We like the opportunity to put a face with the name and provide personalized on-site services whenever possible.

What are my Payment Options?

We accept Paypal, Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express.  When you win a Super Bowl auction, you will be contacted by a Sports Vacations representative to answer any questions you have about your tickets or travel package.  At this time, you will receive a detailed Super Bowl contract and a copy of our Terms and Conditions.  We prefer that you do not make payments until we receive a signed copy of your Super Bowl contract and the Terms and Conditions.   This protects both you as the buyer and Sports Vacations as the seller.
