The front of the boombox--which is equipped with a CD player and AM/FM tuner--features six intuitive buttons for quick and easy system control. Once users load a CD, CD-R, or CD-RW into the top tray, they can take advantage of the repeat play and song skip/search functions. Listeners can also monitor basic track information through the two-digit red LED display or catch a ballgame or their favorite NPR program through the integrated AM/FM tuner.

    The system's satisfying audio performance stems from its pair of stereo speakers, which are equipped with mesh metal grilles for stylish protection. The speakers and other components are housed in a sleek curved chassis that offers a nice alternative to traditional boxy models. Additional features include a detachable AC power cord.
