Fantastic Four #5, July 1962, origin and 1st app. of Doctor Doom. Oversteet value for a nm 9.2 copy of this book is $10,000. I am not a grading expert but I would say this book is in gd+ to vg- condition making it an affordable copy of a rare 47 year old comic book. The cover is attached at booth staples. There is a slight spine roll putting the T of "The Worlds Greatest comic magazine!" on the spine. There are many small tears and chips along the edges and spine that are consistant with this grade of book. There is a 1" spine split at the bottom through some of the pages. A 5/8" tear mid way up the reading edge of the back cover. Book is complete with no writing. Shipping includes insurance. US only
