Elegant necklace with 78 fresh water pearls (4.7 millimeters), 1 drop fresh water pearl (8 millimeters), and 20 round cut diamonds that weigh approximatley 0.20 carats total weight connected by a 14K white gold marquee filigree clasp. The necklace measures 16 inches long.
