We will gladly accept PayPal for payment. Payment must be made within ten days of ended auction. Sales Tax: Arizona residents pay applicable tax.
SHIPPING:
We will ship your purchase the following business day your payment is received/cleared! Shipping will be processed via FedEx or USPS. Once your purchase has been shipped, you'll receive a tracking confirmation number from the carrier it’s being shipped through. Comforter sets will only be shipped via FedEx…physical street address is required “FedEx will not ship to Po Box addresses”.
SHIPPING DISCOUNT:
- 1/2 OFF shipping on every item after first highest. This means...1st highest shipping pays full and every item after that pays ½ shipping! This only applies to the lower 48 Continental United States. Shipping discount will only be processed upon request (simply email us after your auctions have ended, requesting combined shipping discount). Checkout on all won items must be done in one invoice to qualify for the shipping discounts.
- Shipping discount will apply on all items to Canada EXCEPT on comforter sets “it will not apply”. If you purchase a comforter set, plus other items…comforter set will pay full shipping and all other items “not comforters” pay ½ shipping!
Truly sorry, we do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, FPO or APO addresses.
RETURNS/EXCHANGES:
If for any reason your purchase does not work out for you, we gladly accept returns and/or exchanges. Contact must be made for all returns/exchanges within a SEVEN day period of package delivery. Please email and request an RMA# to include inside the returned package. Shipping and handling fees are to be paid by winning bidder and are non-refundable. All returned items must include original packaging and must remain in a resalable condition. Once we have received your return, items are inspection approved for a refund, refund will be issued in the form of payment received. On all items that had originally shipped out for free of shipping charge…refund will be issued minus a fifteen percent restocking fee.
