I will accept returns on CDs and DVDs that are DEFECTIVE (i.e. will not play properly) only.  I will not accept returns for any other reason, including if the CD jewel case is cracked, but the CD is playable and undamaged. (However, I will mail a replacement jewel case upon request.) The CD or DVD must be returned in the original CD jewel case or DVD case and must be returned with all inserts; in addition CDs or DVDs that are part of a box set or multi-item set must be returned with all CDs or DVDs in the set in their individual CD or DVD cases and in the box or case that houses the CDs or DVDs and with all inserts present . I reserve the right to refuse to issue a refund if the CD, DVD, or the inserts have been damaged through the actions or negligence of the purchaser (i.e. if a CD or DVD is scratched, gouged or cracked). If requested I will be glad to give the purchaser a replacement copy of the item (if any more copies are available). I will pay the return shipping cost at the time a refund is issued or at the time that a replacement copy is sent. Please send me a message if you need to return a CD or DVD, describing the problem (i.e. will not play), and the date you are sending it back.
