THIS IS AN ORIGINAL GERMAN WW2 ARMY OFFICER'S DAGGER GRIP METAL SPACER RING, IT GOES AT THE BOTTOM OF THE GRIP. IT HAS THE OAK LEAF DESIGN AROUND IT. IT IS ONE OF MANY UNFINISHED PARTS FOR UNASSEMBLED DAGGERS THAT WERE FOUND IN THE GERMAN DAGGER FACTORY AFTER THE WAR.  IT IS IN UNUSED CONDITION, WITH STORAGE AGE ONLY.
