Please do not bid if you do not plan on paying for your item.  It costs me to not only list an item but I also have to pay a final valuation fee – meaning if you win and don’t pay, I have to relist and pay all those fees twice.  Moving forward, I will be reporting all non-paying bidders.

Please don’t email me with an offer of “Buy it Now” or asking me what my “Buy it Now” price is.  If it is listed as an auction, I mean it to be an auction.  Also, if an item has a bid on it, it cannot be suddenly changed to “Buy it Now”.  You wouldn’t want someone to do that to you, would you?

I accept PayPal only.  Please pay via PayPal within 48 hours of auction close.  I don’t have the means to accept credit cards so please don’t ask.

All sales are final.  Items are as accurately described as possible and come from a non-smoking home.  If you have a question or questions, please ask before you bid.  My email address is wendyrockwell@hotmail.com.

I ship within the lower 48 states of the United States only (NOT Hawaii or Alaska) – shipping address must be a physical address – no P.O. boxes.  I do not ship outside of the U.S. or to any military addresses –I do not ship to any location that requires forms (i.e. customs, military, etc.).  If you win one of my auctions and have this type of address, I will cancel your order.  I NO LONGER COMBINE SHIPPING.  All items are individually packed after they are listed.  If you buy a lot of items (say, over 5), I can, however, offer a discount on shipping (payment still needs to be paid within 48 hours).  Thanks for your understanding.

IF YOU HAVE A FOREIGN ADDRESS BUT WANT AN ITEM SENT TO A U.S. ADDRESS, UNFORTUNATELY I CAN’T HELP YOU.  YOU MUST BE REGISTERED IN THE U.S. TO BID ON ANY OF MY ITEMS.  IF I CHANGE MY STATUS SO THAT ONE PERSON CAN BID ON SOMETHING, IT CHANGES THE STATUS FOR ALL OF MY AUCTIONS.  MOVING FORWARD, I WILL NOT BE RESPONDING TO ANY EMAILS REQUESTING THIS TYPE OF EXCEPTION.

While I can’t control who bids on my auctions, I would prefer buyers that have at least 10 feedback replies.  The only problems I’ve ever had on Ebay are with new buyers or those with little to no feedback – facts are facts.  Also, please leave feedback for me as I always leave feedback on my transactions.
