I am happy to make available again my very popular flame/fire simulation circuit.
This little circuit uses heavy duty integrated circuits that when used in an indirect viewing situation, creates a truly random flame effect, which is many times better than just a flickering bulb.
Two LEDs, one red and one yellow, work together to create an effective simulation of a fire.

Use in campfires, BBQ, fireplaces in dolls houses or smaller, blacksmith shop forges, steelworks, burning houses and many more uses.

Fully adjustable from a roaring flame to a gentle flicker.

Long 10" leads allow for easy placement inside a building or under a layout.

Operates on DC or AC voltage from 5 to 12 volts, a nine volt battery clip is provided for immediate use without a power supply.

Rugged case with no exposed delicate parts to get broken.

All electrical connections securely attached with strain relief on all wires, they won't disconnect if they get accidentally tugged or pulled.

No exposed wires or electrical parts that can short circuit, all wires and connectors safely insulated.

It is constructed by hand from big beefy parts on a proper circuit board , no dinky little machine installed parts that break as soon as you look at them; it has been designed to last thousands of hours and I have over 9,000 hours on the first one that I made and it is still going strong.

Used by museums for their dioramas and recently used in multiples to create the effect of a farmer's field burn line and also as the fire effect in a large scale blacksmith's forge.

Absolutely essential in the firebox of any steam loco in O gauge and above.

The following are the answers to some questions posed to me:
The size of the LEDs is 2mm diameter.
Rail voltage when used in a train/loco effects flicker rate and light intensity; thus low power to track equates to low output and slow flicker and high voltage bright light output and intense flicker, please note that this only applies to analog and not digital track supply. If simulator is to be used in a digital system, a separate battery must be used.
