Why do we charge for shipping, and some sellers offer free shipping?
We charge for shipping becuase it costs us to ship. Sellers who offer "free shipping" include the shipping charges onto the price of the item, so its really "NOT FREE" at all. Please compare, we are often much cheaper then sellers who offer "free shipping" even when you add the shipping charges.

How can we sell these fragrances for so much less then a department store?
We buy our inventory in very large quantities directly from distributors we put a very low markup and pass the savings on to you. Plus, we don't have the huge expenses a department stores has, they need to mark up pretty heftily to cover their huge overhead.

What are Testers or Unboxed items?
Testers are genuine, authentic, fresh and 100% original fragrance and are what you see in the department store counters for customers to try out. It is the exact fragrance sold at a fraction of the retail price. Fragrance companies want to promote their products and will manufacture Tester bottles to help increase the sale of the fragrance. We buy Tester bottles brand new in bulk quantity at super discounted prices and pass the savings on to you.

Tester packaging may vary depending on the manufacturers. Some testers may come packaged in a plain white or brown box and with or without a cap (Lid) and sometimes they even come without a box, these are called unboxed . Some bottles may have "Tester" "Demonstration" and/or "Not for Sale" written on the bottle. These will in no way affects the overall quality of the fragrance as testers have the same composition as the regular packaged item.
