Invoicing

Invoices are sent automatically once you purchase your item or win an auction. In addition, I will also send an invoice with any discounts, combined shipping or special notices within 24 hours. If you feel that there is an error on your invoice, please feel free to contact me before payment and not upon delivery. This includes your feelings about shipping costs. I’m more than happy to explain them to the penny! If you are bidding or purchasing multiple items, PLEASE WAIT TO PAY! PayPal charges by the transaction so if you wait, the discounts are passed directly to you.

Packaging & Handling

Packaging is “HANDLED WITH CARE” from my home to insure it arrives safely at yours!

No Exceptions! “Free Shipping” items get the same attention and care as items with Shipping Costs because that cost is built in to the item. I will not jeopardize the condition of my item by cutting packaging costs, so please don’t ask. I AM A COLLECTOR! I KNOW how important packaging is. I also know that my package is your first impression of me & the item I sold you. You will not be disappointed!

SHIPPING & HANDLING FEES

Unfortunately I have them! My business is internet based and packaging is a HUGE cost! I spend approximately $400/Mo ($4,800/Yr) on boxes, bubble wrap, peanuts, labels, etc. What that means is, on average, I spent $4.73 per “item” sold last year. I charge from $1.68 - $3.68 per item (less if you combine shipping and more for International) which covers all the necessary packing needs plus any necessary insurance. NO Ebay or PayPal Fees are Included! I do realize that this seems to be a lot, but I also know that the disappointment of the arrival of a damaged good is not worth the minor savings.

I ship WORLDWIDE every 24 hours with the exception of Sundays and National U.S. Holidays! All payments received by 11:59 PM EST will be shipped the NEXT DAY. EXPRESS Shipping will be sent IMMEDIATELY with the exceptions noted above. Basic USPS information is provided below or you can always check out www.USPS.com! USPS is my PRIMARY Shipper but I also ship UPS, FedEx, DHL and Local Courier. LOCAL Pick-up is always available.

International Shipping is based on Import/Export Rules & Regulations for each individual country. These “Rules” change constantly so I reserve the RIGHT to refuse Shipping to your country if I find that shipping a particular item is against the regulations. A 100% refund will be given in this instance and you must agree to file a “Transaction Cancellation Agreement”

1. INTERNATIONAL purchases over $49.99 and/or over 4 Lbs. MUST BE SHIPPED PRIORITY!

2. FIRST CLASS INTERNATIONAL IS AVAILABLE UPON REQUEST! First Class shipments now REQUIRE “PROOF OF SHIPPING” ($1.15) and “SIGNATURE CONFIRMATION” ($3.80) that are included in the price stated..(PER PAYPAL SELLER PROTECTION). These two items are equivalent to Priority service (MINUS the FAST DELIVERY & INSURANCE). No Insurance is available for First Class!

3. Its common sense that Packages CANNOT be marked as Gifts. “A”…My Labels bear the “Ebay” Insignia & Numbers and CUSTOMS AGENTS know that Ebay is not about “Gift-giving”. “B”…It’s a Rule that NO INTERNATIONAL BUYER can Purchase an Item from the US and send it to a 3^rd party as a “GIFT”. And “C”…If I was to mark your item  as a gift, I could not include a REQUIRED packing slip in which your item could be detained in Customs or Confiscated!

4. Its also common sense that I cannot change the DOLLAR VALUE on the Customs Form to eliminate duties. DECLARED DOLLAR VALUE is the INSURANCE VALUE! If you purchase a $200-300 Doll and ask me to Declare a $30 Value and your Doll is Damaged…Your refund is $30. If your item is damaged and you must show proof of value and your Proof States a Purchase price of $200-300, Both you and I, are facing FINES for trying to evade taxes/duties!

5. Most important of all…Cosmetic, Health and Beauty Items cannot be shipped to GERMANY!

Non-Payment

I ONLY ask for Courtesy! I make EVERY effort possible to make my payment process as easy for you as I can. I only ask that you make every effort to make the payment within 7 days or contact me prior to the 7^th day to make arrangements. If you change your mind about an item, No Problem! Please just let me know immediately so that I may offer the item to the next bidder or relist it. On the 6^th day, I will automatically send a reminder that payment is needed by the 7^th day. In the event I do not receive payment or communication from you, I will let Ebay know that “I have Not Received Payment yet” on the 8^th day. Once I have filed a “Non-Payment” status with Ebay, you have ANOTHER 7 DAYS to complete the transaction. PLEASE, PLEASE take advantage of this! If payment is still not received by the 15^th Day, I close the “Non-Payment” process so that I may relist my item. I do not go through this process to hurt or affect your “status”. It’s time consuming and a “pain” and it’s easier for me to help you out. I DO NOT LEAVE NEGATIVE FEEDBACK IN ANY CASE! However, Ebay will automatically issue a “Non-Payment” strike against you if they have to issue me a credit for the item you didn’t pay for. I cannot control Ebay so even though a “strike” is NOT NEGATIVE Feedback, some sellers will not sell to a Non-Payer. Don’t be that Guy!

Feedback

Feedback serves TWO very important functions! I use feedback to say “THANK YOU” but I also use feedback as “Transaction Closure”. It’s the FINAL transaction step that should NOT be “FINALIZED” until you have your item(s) and are completely satisfied! When you receive your item(s), please carefully inspect and make sure you are happy.

If something is wrong, I didn’t earn my stars or you are just not happy, CONTACT ME. I’m not finished working for you until you leave feedback. I will make everything right for you if the chance is given. Please do not immediately leave negative or negligent feedback if something is wrong.

I “COMBINE SHIPPING” and give “DISCOUNTS”! Since shipping costs are eminently part of the “item cost”, combining your shipping can SAVE YOU MONEY… so ALWAYS check out my other items! Shipping is combined using USPS/UPS calculated shipping. Discounts, were applicable, are given towards S&H charges. We both know you won’t need 2 boxes…most of you anyway! I do ask that if you buy more than one item, pleas wait to pay one invoice. As stated above, this will save you a little extra money.

FAQ: How Much for Additional Dolls?

ANSWER: Size, Weight & Integrity of the doll box are always considered when shipping and may vary. On AVERAGE, it will cost you $3.00 (sometimes less depending on location) for Each additional doll shipped within the USA. The INTERNATIONAL AVERAGE is $7 for Each Additional Doll Priority and $10 for Express. Most countries have a 5-6 Doll maximum per box!

 Return Policy

My priority is your Satisfaction and Repeat Business. Contact me immediately if there is a problem with your item. If a return is necessary, it must be returned immediately and received back by me within 7 days of the “Delivery Confirmation Date” (10 days for Media Mail, 15 days for International). I promise to work with you to get the quickest solution possible with the least frustration.

NEW & UNOPENED items that have been opened are NOT REFUNDABLE.

If you change your mind and want to return the item, that is okay. Only the Cost of the Item will be refunded. Postal charges are paid directly to USPS and NEVER refunded. Free shipping still has a shipping cost associated and therefore, only the difference (Item cost LESS shipping cost) will be refunded. Proof of shipping will be provided.
