the range of temp for for this oven is  holdind is 50 to 200 and for cooking is 150 to 350 degrees

approx shipping wt 200lbs there will be an extra charge of $50 for shipping more than 1,500miles from Salisbury NC.

And if you need a liftgate on the delivery truck it will cost $75. All of my shipping charges are my cost, and I do not charge for crating the oven for shipping. You will not find a cheaper alto shaam oven deliverd to you.
