CONCERNS WITH OUR AUCTIONS
If we list a patch that you have and issue with contact us We will be more then happy to assist you and address your concerns. Where ever we find that a patch has a sticker advising whom it was made by we will divuldge that information as we are not here to misrepresent anything we sell. Again if this is still an issue, Email us by using Ebay's contact seller.
VERO COMPLAINT
Contact us and we will shut it down, plain and simple. Provide us with the information we need and it's done. We would rather have the chance to continue selling on ebay then receive a sanction for something that we could have avoided. Most of our patches were purchased prior to 2003.
Insurance
U.S.A. Customers have the availability to purchase insurance. Out of Country mailing cannot be insured. The U.S. postal rates are listed in the graph below.

S&H
We use popcorn and or newsprint depending on what we have on hand and what we feel is needed. Look at our feedback and you'll see that many customers comment on how well we package items and how quickly we ship items.
We will combine S&H visit our about me pages for a break down on how it works. Knowing this, PLEASE, do not bid if you are only going to complain about your S&H total at the end of an auction. Most Sellers do combine S&H and some do not. If you win four auctions you will pay the additional S&H in addition to the first (highest) S&H item. That being said it just isn't fair to be rated poorly by a buyer after the facts are all laid out ahead of time.
Please help us keep our shipping cost to you and others low by paying for all your auctions in one payment as it is cheaper for us when paying via paypal. Send payment to us at our paypal link. We charge the actual cost of shipping, packaging and a few cents for fuel. FOR EXAMPLE: A patch in a bubbled mailer to be mailed First class with delivery confirmation. The fee for this mailing is $1.35, plus .20 for the mailer. .01 for tape, .03 for label page and ink, .70 for fuel as the post office is a 2 mile trip. So a minimum of 2.25 is not far from actual cost. We make a minimum of two trips a day to ensure your items are shipped out as fast as possible.
CUSTOMS DELAYS
Packages being shipped out of the country may be delayed extensively by customs. We cannot be held responsible for Customs delays nor should we be penalized in the detail seller rating for these types of delays.
SALES TAX
We must charge all New York State residents sales tax. IF BY CHANCE WE FORGET TO PUT IT INTO AN AUCTION WE MUST STILL CHARGE IT AS WE ARE OBLIGATED BY LAW.
Our feedback policy is simple
Sellers cannot leave negative feedback to buyers so you have nothing to fear. Please list your feedback first to us the sellers and this way we know there were no issues with your purchase. We will then post it back knowing we have succeeded on our end.
Deatil Seller Rating
Be fair If we have met the four criterias (1: describing the item accurately. 2. Sent you and invoice and a comfimation email letting you know package has been shipped. 3. Shipped your item out within one day of payment. 4. Charged you an appropriate amount for your packages). Then we should be rated 5 stars accross the board. We work hard here to ensure you are satisfied so that we can be rewarded by ebay's system for a high DSR.
RETURNS
If you are not satisfied with a specific patch we will accept its return for refund without the S&H as long as it is in the same condition as it was when it left here.
