This is a stated Revised Edition: May 2004 hardback with dust jacket (number line 10 9 8 7 6 5 4 3 2 1). The price on the inside flap of the dust jacket is $19.95. This book is in very good condition ~ there is some very slight creasing on the dust jacket. * Please note that I get used books from a variety of places and do not know the books history (smoke/pet free environment). My home is not pet free.
