SHIPPING INFORMATION AND CONCERNS

 

SHIPPING SERVICES PRICES AND OPTIONS AS LISTED IN THE LISTING ARE NON-NEGOTIABLE.

Do NOT I repeat do NOT waste my time or yours asking me to ship via a different service or method than listed.  If the specific services and costs I list for each item in each listing are NOT satisfactory to you then DO NOT BID.  I will NOT answer questions concerning shipping service options. The pricing and ONLY methods I ship are in each listing.  Again this is NON-NEGOTIABLE.

 

I reserve the right to change shipping method and cost. The most likely reasons for this are unconfirmed address, and/or the winner is from a country with known problems of customs and/or buyer fraud, newly registered bidders (less than 3 months) and/or less than 10 feedbacks or long registered bidders with little or no activity in the previous 3 months. Shipment to addresses that are NOT on the paypal  payment notification are particularly risky. This is my decision and my decision only and will be made AFTER the auction ends. PLEASE NOTE- This is very rare. I will only need to do this less than time out of every 100 auctions.
 

ATTENTION ALL INTERNATIONAL BIDDERS (only)

 

1.) I have listed FIRST CLASS INTERNATIONAL as the shipping option of choice for this item.  Please be aware that if you bid on and win this item and it is shipped FIRST CLASS INTERNATIONAL, YOU the bidder bear FULL RESPONSBILITY should the item be lost, damaged, stolen or delayed in customs.   First class international is not insureable or trackabe so any requests made to me for tracking or wondering where your package is will be COMPLETELY IGNORED.   I have ZERO tolerance for international buyers who have their items shipping first class international (to save money) and then cry and whine when it is lost, damaged, stolen or delayed.  If you want this cheaper service you, the bidder, must bear FULL RESPONSIBILITY for what happens to your item in shipment.  If you want guaranteed delivery and protection then you will need to ask me for international priority mail shipping bearing in mind it will cost you 2 or 3 times more.  And should you decide to complain or file a case against me with ebay and paypal I will respond via legal matters outside of ebay.   If you think I can't impact you because you are thousands of miles away in another country, think again.  I can and I will.   Please accept my apologies but unscrupulous international buyers have exploited many loopholes in regards, to ebay, paypal and first class international shipments.  I will continue to offer this service for low cost items as long as the buyer bears FULL RESPONSIBILITY for the package in shipment. 

2.) All items will be shipped with FULL CUSTOMS VALUE DECLARATION. I WILL NOT LIST ITEMS AS GIFTS. BUYER is SOLELY RESPONSIBLE for any and all customs fees, taxes and duties.

3.) I reserve the right to change shipping method and cost. Make sure you read my section SHIPPING INFORMATION AND CONCERNS.

4.) I AM NOT RESPONSIBLE UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES for an item that is lost, damaged, stolen or delayed in shipment. This is why postal insurance is included and/or purchased.  Buyers are REQUIRED to FULLY participate and cooperate with any conditions of a postal claim.  NO EXCEPTIONS. 

5.) I have little patience for international bidders who win and then do not pay. If you bid and do not pay the following will happen. 7 days after the end of the auction I will file an unpaid bidder alert if the item is not paid for. 7 days after that, if payment is not received, I will close the case and you will receive an unpaid item strike. I will potentially contact authorities in your country concerning your behavior. If you think I won't do this you are WRONG. If you think this won't impact your activities in your country because you are thousands of miles away. YOU ARE WRONG.

6.) Non-paying international bidders have increased dramatically during the last 4 months. This is simply UNACCEPTABLE. When you bid and not pay you are not only hurting yourself but the many other ebay bidders who are honest and will actually pay for the items they bid on. If you don't accept the conditions DO NOT BID. YOU BID, YOU ACCEPT MY CONDITIONS, YOU WIN, I SEND THEN INVOICE, YOU PAY via PAYPAL, I SHIP. Simple as that.  


RETURN POLICY- Returns are decided on a case by case basis. My word is final. I take pride and put incredible effort into my descriptions. Most of the items I sell, particularly camera bodies, lenses and flashes are tested multiple times BEFORE selling including most importantly a final test IMMEDIATELY prior to placing the item in the shipping box and sealing it shut. I keep records of everything. IF the item arrives DOA, with a functional issue or cosmetic condition DIFFERENT from the description and/or auction photos it is because of damage in shipping. Damage in shipping is NOT MY RESPONSIBILITY. This is why postal insurance is purchased. The buyer is REQUIRED to cooperate with the seller and the USPS during the claims process. I strongly urge ALL BUYERS examine their items IMMEDIATELY or within a day of reciept. I strongly urge AGAINST waiting a week or 2 to contact me concerning a possible issue with an item. Contacting me promptly in a calm manner with a description of the issue will go a long way in helping me make a decision that is favorable for all concerned.
