One Fat Frog accepts paypal (visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express), cash in person, USPS money order, credit cards over the phone to our showroom @ 407-936-2733 & cashier’s checks. There is 7% sales tax for items shipped to: FL or picked up. Resale certificates must be provided at time of payment. Due to the fast turn over of used equipment in our showroom, payment must be received within 3 days of auction end or sale will be cancelled. We reserve right to relist without notice.
All items sold FOB from our warehouse- Sanford, Fl 32773. Items over 150 lbs shipped freight. Payment for freight items is paid directly to shipper. If you have your own UPS/DHL/FedEx shipper number we will gladly use that. When the auction ends we provide pickup address & date it will be packed by. It is buyer's responsibility to arrange freight (super easy to do- we will help). We are not responsible for discrepancy in shipping weights or additional charges by shipping company. One Fat Frog encourages purchase of shipping insurance. We cannot accept responsibility for the performance of carrier or item condition once it leaves warehouse; including claims arising from packaging performance. Filing of loss & damage claims with freight carrier is sole responsibility of customer; we will help you whenever possible. Buyer should open item at time of delivery & note damage on bill of lading- report to carrier's claims dept & driver before they leave. Equipment with refrigeration/ coolant: aging solder becomes brittle occasionally breaking during normal vibration/ movement causing leakage. These repairs generally are simple. Warehouse/ showroom space is limited. We require items picked up within 7 days of close.
We do our best to fairly & honestly represent every machine & will list in the auction what we know about the item or if we have been able to test it. One Fat Frog sets high standards for the new & used equipment we sell. Most of our items were working when uninstalled; sometimes we are able to see the items working. This cannot be construed as a guarantee that the item will continue to work for a specific amount of time- these are used items. We assume all customers are familiar with items & understand uses- no warranties, express/ implied, for merchantability or fitness for particular use. All items sold as is/ where is. We remind customers when purchasing a used item expect it will reflect wear, tear & use; we recommend all pieces be resanitized & cleaned upon installation.
