brand women's size Extra Large (XL) jacket.  It is 100% nylon "laminated to non-porous monolithic film" and is violet blue with a REI logo on the sleeve and a REI ELEMENTS logo on the front pocket.  It has a full zip front with a double weather flap over the zipper, zippered hand pockets, a stow bag in the hand pocket, elastic and adjustable velcro tabs on the wrists, pit zips, adjustable bottom elastic cinch cord, and an attached hood that can be rolled up and stored in the collar.  Measures 29" from shoulder to bottom and 28" armpit area to armpit area.  One 1/2" slit/cut on back - see photo - otherwise in excellent condition.
