BHFO PROCEDURES (Within the US)
USA Domestic orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail or FedEx Ground.
USPS Express delivery is available for expedited shipping. If you choose this method
your order will ship the next business day via express mail.
We ship via U.S. Postal Service to PO Boxes, APOs/FPOs
All Domestic shipments come with a delivery confirmation and/or a tracking number.
We will send you this number automatically via e-mail once your package ships
Shipments are processed in the order in which they are received the day AFTER payment
clears. We ship Monday-Friday excluding holidays. Your shipment will typically leave
our warehouse within 2-3 business days from when your payment clears.
BHFO INTERNATIONAL PROCEDURES (Outside the US)
International orders are shipped via FedEx or USPS International Mail
USPS Express delivery is also an option. If you choose this method your order will
be expedited. It will include a tracking number and it is automatically insured
for up to $100. Additional insurance is not available. All orders valued at $250 or
greater must be shipped via USPS Express International.
Shipments are processed in the order in which they are received the day AFTER payment
clears. We ship Monday-Friday excluding holidays. Your shipment will typically leave
our warehouse within 4 business days from when your payment clears.
Canada shipments take an average of 3-4 weeks for delivery due to customs. Choose
the Express Shipment option for faster movement through customs. All duties, taxes
and fees are due by the buyer (COD) upon delivery. Buyer is responsible for observing
all customs rules and regulations and BHFO is not responsible for packages held
by customs.

Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping
