 This is a very cute Thomas the Train Lego/ Duplo set #5544 "Load & Carry".....is was only used a short time by my son and is in excellent condition and was stored in the original box.
I do not have the instructions, but I was able to assemble everything just by looking at the box... the train track is the only tricky part, that is way I took a picture of it....
