• Defective Item(s) or Dead On Arrival: If you feel you received defective item(s) please email us and specify clearly which sku and a brief summary of issue. Once confirmed we will issue a replacement order to be shipped.
• All issues must be reported within 48 hours of receiving shipment.

Returns

• We will be more than happy to EXCHANGE an item within 30 days after auctions ended. Exchange orders may be subject to additional shipping/handling fees.
