Original US 1 track promo CD in an album-type jewelcase. Two-sided insert in red, black & white. Insert says: "Advance promo CD". CD says: "Demonstration Only".
Please note that this promo release never had a back/inlay card, as all relevant info to the radio DJ's is on the back of the insert.

Condition: CD and insert: Near mint.
Jewelcase: Excellent, light normal wear.
