Vintage Three Bulb Brass Wall Ceiling Lighting Fixture

This auction is for: Vintage 3 Bulb Brass Ceiling or Wall Fixture Light.  It can be used either way.  The lamps move and can be adjusted at different angles.  The mounting bracket is not included. This light does need some TLC.  It needs a good cleaning and a polish.  It works great.  Must be hard wired. Very nice looking light fixture from the 50's or 60's.  It measures approximetely: 30" wide and 16" tall.

DESCRIPTIONS:

I try to describe any thing I list as accurately as possible.  If you have questions, please ask prior to bidding.  When describing jewelry if I use the words: Gold, Silver, Copper, Pewter, etc I am referring to the color or tone of the piece.  Please assume that it is not "genuine" unless I state in the listing that it is real or genuine.  I will only state it is real if it is clearly marked on the piece.  I don't test the jewelry and I am not an expert, so I assume that everything is costume unless the piece specifically state that it is made of a precious metal or is adorned with a real gem, even though some of the unmarked pieces could very will be real.

REFUNDS FOR DAMAGED OR LOST UNINSURED PACKAGES:

I hate to think of this happening, but it does.  I will refund 1/2 of the sale price not including shipping charges on damaged or lost items.  I package and ship my items very securely so it they are damaged in shipping it was out of my control, however I don't feel the buyer should take all the loss either.  I will do my best to work with each buyer to find a compromise that is fair to all parties.  Refunds are made in the same manner the item was paid for.

PAYMENT ARRANGEMENTS:

I only accept PayPal payments.  Payment is expected within 3 days from the close of the auction, unless the buyer has made other arrangements with me via e-mail.  If I don't hear from the winning bidder or receive payment from the winning bidder within the 3 days the item will be relisted without notice and a non-payment dispute will be opened and negative feedback will be left.  I really don't like to have to do any of these things so PLEASE - DO NOT BID IF YOU DON'T INTEND TO PAY!!! 

SHIPPING:

I do combine shipping, however I will only combine shipping on lots if they will fit in the same Priority Flat Rate Box (either small, regular or large).  In that way I can feel confident I can package and ship your items safe and securely.  If you would like to comvine shipping on any items, please let me know and I will send you a combined invoice when you have completed shopping.  If you win a lot and would like to add some individual items I will ship any items with your lot that will fit into the same box size for $1.00 extra, to cover packaging, per item.  Please if you are interested in multiple items and they are large in size or breakable e-mail me and we can try to fiqure out the best, safest shipping rate.

Again...IF YOU CAN'T OR WON'T PAY...PLEASE...DON'T BID! If you are unsure of an item or don't know if you can afford to pay for the item in a timely manner through PayPal you that you just DON'T bid at all.  I do not like to leave negative feedback and open non-payment item disputes, but I will do so if I have to.

SPECIAL NOTICE

PLEASE NOTE:  Most of my items are picked up at estate sales or auctions.  Some are found in the strangest places...but that is what makes running an e-Bay store fun and not all work.  However, unfortunately this being the case I have no idea if they come from a Smoke Free Home or not.  I, myself, am an allergy sufferer who has lost the ability to smell so I can't tell if they have an odor or not.  I do my best to clean them prior to shipping.  All items that can be laundering without damage are prior to being packed for shipping.  However, you may recieve an item that needs a second laundering or more cleaning.  Please take this into consideration before bidding if you are a allergy sufferer or a person with a Sensitive Nose.

Therefore, unless you have a serious issue with my descriptions or customer service and we are unable to work out a solution, please check 5 Stars.  I along with many other sellers, work very hard to keep my feedback score high.  I know it is hard to check 5 Stars because of the shipping fees and the time it sometimes takes to get your items to you.  Please rate us on the timely manner we get your items shipped out to you and not the time it takes the Post Office to deliver them to you.  That is one thing that is completely out of our control.
