Q. What happens if I bought the item by accident and/or don't pay?
A. If you win an auction that you purchased by accident, you must notify us via email immediately after the auction has ended.  We would send you an agreement via eBay to not complete the sale and no harm will come to your account. If the item is not paid for after 7 days from the end of the auction, an unpaid item strike will go against your account which will prevent you from purchasing from certain buyers and the item will be resold or relisted.  No exceptions.

Q. Do you accept other forms of payment besides Paypal?
A. We ONLY accept paypal payments, no exceptions.

Q. How do you ship your items?
A. We ship all our items via UPS Ground Service. Once you have won an item you can contact us for faster shipping times and rates.

Q. Do you ship your items internationally?

A. International shipping is available only if stated as a shipping method under the eBay shipping section.

Q. How do you package your items
A. We package all our items to the highest standards. We package our items twice as secure as UPS requires with a variety of Foam, Peanuts, and Bubble Wrap. Shipping large TV's can be risky due to their fragile nature. We take it upon ourselves to make sure that each TV (32" and above) is not only wrapped with approximately 3" of foam and 3"-6" thick heavy duty corner guard Styrofoam but also surrounded with a 1" thick wood planked "rib cage" which prevents damages from extreme pressure. Damages to large TV's usually occur from double and triple stacked deliveries which apply extreme amounts of pressure on the screens which eventually crack.

Q. When do I have to pay?
A. We ask that you pay immediately so that we can ship out your item immediately. The quicker you receive your item the happier we are! If you cannot afford to pay for the item immediately, please contact us and let us know. We will be then happy to accommodate your needs however, we only allow up to 7 days from the purchase date to pay for the item in full.

Q. Does the item come with a warranty?
A. Most of our items do come with a manufacture warranty however we do not guarantee this. In addition, it is too difficult for us to check each items serial number to verify if it does. The only thing we can guarantee is purchasing a warranty online through Squaretrade.com. Their link is on all our pages and we highly recommend them. We do apologize for not being able to furnish a definite answer on whether the item is still under manufacture warranty.

U.S. Shipping to the lower 48 states:

Your product ships via UPS, USPS or Fedex ground service.U.S. Shipping to Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, APO/FPO and all other U.S. Territories.

You must pay a surcharge that is 50% of the U.S. shipping fee stated. No exceptions! You will receive an invoice via paypal for the amount due. Once paid your item will be processed for shipment.

International shipping:

Only available if stated in the listing! Handling time is 3-4 business days.

Local Pick-Ups:

Available only if stated in the listing as a shipping method under the ebay shipping section.

Pick-ups are by appointment only and must be scheduled at least 24 hours in advance. Local pick-up hours are M-F 3:00 - 6:00 pm PST. If you choose this method of delivery you will receive an email with instructions on how to proceed.

Unsatisfied Returns or Cancellations.

All unsatisfied returns or cancellations will be subject to a restocking fee that can be obtained by contacting us directly by email, which can also be applied immediately towards another purchase. The customer is responsible for all shipping costs incurred throughout the transaction.

Defective or Significantly not as Described.

If you would like to return the item because it is defective or significantly not as described, you must contact us by email at Support@AzarkIndustries.com to obtain a Return Shipping Label within 7 days of receiving the item and have the item shipped out within 5 business days or a refund can not be granted. The shipping label will be sent by UPS and the return procedure will be sent from Support@AzarkIndustries.com. Once the item has been received, there is a 24 hour inspection period where the item will be inspected to insure its Non-Functionality. If the item is working properly you may choose to have the item returned to you at your own expense or fall under the Unsatisfied Returns or Cancellations Policy. After the inspection period you receive a FULL REFUND.

Damaged.

If your item has been damaged in transit by our shipping courier (UPS/USPS/FEDEX) we will be more than happy to assist you in opening a claim to receive your money back.

IMPORTANT:

Please keep in mind that once the item has left our warehouse it is no longer our liability.
You must purchase insurance to be able to open a claim with (UPS/USPS/FEDEX) and WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR DAMAGED ITEMS ON ROUTE IF YOU HAVE NOT PURCHASED SHIPPING INSURANCE.

We take it upon ourselves to file the dispute and try to have (UPS/USPS/FEDEX) pick up the damaged item from your residence. The claim process takes approximately 4-6 weeks through any particular carrier. Refunds will be processed once we have authorization from the carrier. We do apologize for damaged items but please keep in mind that we use a third party (UPS/USPS/FEDEX) to ship our items and we do not have any control over their shipping and handling methods.
