You are bidding on a 91’ Franklin Mint Royal Splendor Porcelain Carousel Horse. Designed by Lynn Lupetti, made of fine bisque porcelain, hand painted and accented in 24 karat gold. The horse is in excellent condition, no cracks or chips. It came out of the box and right on to a display shelf. The only problem I see is that 3 of the 4 rubber legs ( under the wooden base ) have shifted off there original spots. 10” tall  X  9” long tip to tip. Along with carousel horse comes the following: Certificate Of Authenticity, company letter, and sales brochure. Great addition for a Franklin Mint/ Porcelain/ Carousel Horse collector, display, nice holiday gift idea. If you have any questions please ask before you bid. Good luck.
