This is an issue of FANTASTIC FOUR #123 featuring an appearance of the Silver Surfer and written by Stan Lee. This issue will grade Fine- (FN-) to Fine (FN) using these Comics Grading Standards.  A detailed list of what was identified for grading is below:

Cover Wear:  Small areas of scuffing

Centration:  Off center 1-3 mm

Corner Creases:  Multiple light creases at the bottom right-hand corner of the book

Color Spots:  <3 tiny flecks

Corner Creases:  Several minor creases

Corner Rounding:  Some fibres are showing

Cover Gloss:  Medium cover gloss

Pages Missing:  Book is complete

Cover Whiteness:  Off-White/White

Edge Wear:  Rolled overhang/Creases

Interior Page Colour:  Off-White

Lying Flat:  Slight spine warping

Soiling:  General light soiling

Spine Creases:  Several perceptible creases

Spine Roll:  Slight spine roll

Spine Stress Marks:  2-4mm non-colour breaking creases

Spine Tears:  <5 mm tear

Staple Placement:  1-3mm off alignment

Staple Rust: Moderate Tarnish/Rust Signs

Staple Wear:  Large creases and/or small tears

Sun Shadow:  Unobrusive Sun Shadow

Tears:  Multiple <3 mm tears

Warping: Just noticeable

Writing:  None
