FOR GENERAL REFUNDS: This is an auction venue, and all sales should be considered a non-profit donation to World Mission.  However, as a courtesy to our buyers, general returns are allowed, and bid price refunded. Shipping is not refundable on general returns. Buyer must contact us to let us know the package is being returned in as received, as listed condition. Genuinely it is more cost effective for buyer to simply resell any item they change their minds on or regret purchasing after the fact.  FOR ITEMS GENUINELY SIGNIFICANTLY NOT AS DESCRIBED: In the rare event that item arrives significantly not as described due to our unintentional oversight, or if wrong item received, please contact us and do not mail item back unless requested.   There is no need to file a dispute with ebay. When items are not as described due to our error, we make things right.   You won't pay for our mistake.

For damaged items

If item is damaged and insured we will file the claim on this end, and you agree to send us the paperwork from the post office when they inspect your package.  Do not return the package, as the post office will not honor claims after having been remailed. When we receive the paperwork listing damage we will immediately issue a full refund including shipping costs… we do not wait for the post office to approve the claim.  We do not mail the proof of insurance for you to file, as there is a risk of document loss.  Direct Refunds will only be granted if customer complies with insurance claim process.
