This vacuum is great on bare floors and carpet.

 LOVE this little vacuum. I bought it to vacuum my hardwood floors because I didn't have anything that didn't have a beater bar and didn't want to damage my floors. This thing has amazing suction. It's so strong that it sucks my front entry carpets right up if I don't stand on the edge of them while I'm vacuuming them off. It's wonderful for quick vacuuming if you don't want to drag out the big one. I keep it in the front closet for quick cleanup in the entryway and the hardwood floors. It's a great little vac and so cheap! Worth every penny if you are the one who does all of the cleaning, like me. Enjoy!
