Ye Olde Terms and Conditions (Boring but necessary!) Postage and Packing (Shipping & Handling) Charges (in GBP: Great Britain Pounds) United Kingdom & N. Ireland/BFPO: £1.75 Second Class Mainland Europe/S. Ireland: £3.00 Airmail Sweden/Finland/Poland/Russia etc.: £3.55 Airmail Everywhere else (USA/Japan/NZ etc): £4.00 Airmail 1) If you are not sure which postal region applies to you then please drop me an email for clarification. 2) Postage & Packing costs mean just that: The price of postage, packing materials and associated time. If you do not like my P&P costs then please do not bid on the item. 3) Please allow up to 14 days for delivery before panicking, although usually delivery is very much quicker than this - Unless you live in Portugal, where the Postal Service is possibly the slowest in the known world. If you live in Portugal then please allow approximately two years for delivery! 4) In the rare event of an item being lost in the post, I always obtain proof of posting and you can confidently expect a refund from the Post Office. However, due to Royal Mail making their compensation process much more complicated, and their reliance on the customer (that's you!) returning their claim slip, I have now established the policy of sending you, the customer, the proof of posting so you may make your claim directly. This speeds up the process and there is less chance of Royal Mail messing it up! Postal losses are annoying but thankfully rare, however, do not bid if you do not agree with these Terms and Conditions. Thanks! 5) PAYPAL is my preferred method of payment - if you are unable to pay by PAYPAL then please contact me before bidding to arrange another method. If you win the auction and I receive no contact or payment within 7 days, the item will be relisted and ebay informed. On the other hand, if you require slightly longer to pay just get in touch – Communication solves most problems! 6) If you purchase using ‘Buy it Now’, then immediate payment is required. Many thanks. 7) I regret that for overseas buyers Paypal is now my only accepted means of payment - This is due to a minority of inconsiderate timewasters.
8) Due to Royal Mail cutbacks I am no longer able to offer refunds for goods sent overseas that are lost/stolen/damaged unless you have asked and paid for extra insurance.
