This is a Vintage Hand Beaded Mr. & Mrs. Santa Claus.  They have Flocked hands and Base.  Mr. Claus measures 4-1/2" wide x 2-3/4" deep x 7-1/2" high.  Mrs. Claus measures 4-1/4" wide x 3" deep x 7-1/4" high. 

NOTE:  There are 4 spots where the Red Flock is missing.  3 on the hands and 1 on the base.  Worst spot is Mr. Claus' left hand.
