Policies Warranty & Returns:

 All sales are final. All missing or physically damaged in the shipment must be notified to the seller via the return request below within 3 days after receiving the product (Please using the eBay item number as the reference). We will NOT exchange/replace any defected products that have been notified later than 3 days after receiving the product. A 20% restocking fee will be applied to all returns for refund. No refund after 14 days. Under no circumstances will any shipping and processing fees be refunded.

Product Condition: Products must be returned in NEW condition as shipped from the manufacturer. With the original packaging, boxes, packing materials, wrappers, cartons, instruction manuals and products must be in their ORIGINAL condition without markings, tape, folds or defacing. Products returned in damaged or unacceptable condition will be refused and returned to sender at sender's cost. Buyer is responsible for all return shipping charge, we are responsible for the shipping charges for exchange products. Other Shipping, Handling, Insurance and other fees are Non-Refundable. If you return a product that is free shipping, you will be charged the standard shipping and handling fee $3.95 You will be refunded the product you returned, but you will be charged the standard shipping and handling fee. Returned products found to be non-defective upon inspection will be subject to a return shipping charge.
