This is an M & M's Millennium candy dispenser made by Cap. It has a red M&M guy and reads The Official Candy Of The New Millennium and has a Fun Size bag of M&M's ( I wouldn't eat them) . This is still sealed in the original package with no damage. Battery operated needs battery.
