Movie description
Here's a gooey, hilarious, creepy horror film for the whole mutant cannibal family. Michael Rooker (HENRY: PORTRAIT OF A SERIAL KILLER) stars as Grant, a big bald guy from a small southern town who gets possessed by a meat-hungry parasite worm creature from space. Even under the alien influence he still loves his wife, Starla (Elizabeth Banks), but she's alarmed at his weird new habits, such as consuming all the local wildlife. The sheriff in town (Nathan Fillion) investigates. He still carries a torch for Starla from when they were kids, but once the squirming, slithering, and cannibalism begin in earnest, it becomes clear that this is no time for romance. SLITHER's combination of interesting characters, deadpan humor, gore aplenty, and genuine scares earns it a place alongside cult classics like RE-ANIMATOR and the various LIVING DEAD and EVIL DEAD films. Director/writer James Gunn wrote 2004's DAWN OF THE DEAD before this, and it's abundantly clear where his loyalties lie: SLITHER aims its acid-dripping, brain-sucking tongue right into the hearts of horror fans. Heads explode, monsters squiggle into gaping mouths, tentacles wrap around Banks's negligee-clad body, and the sheriff takes it all in his stride. There's even a twisted intergalactic love story somewhere in the chaos, as well as hordes of in-jokes for the fans.

All of my dvds are used unless specified as new which means still wrapped like in the store but does not necessarily include the cardboard sleeve if it originally came with one. All dvds come in a case with the original cover art unless specified otherwise. My dvds are not copies, bootlegs, asian imports etc. They are all the real deal. A very small selection were rentals. The case and cover art are sold as-is but I will NEVER send you a broken case. When I rate the dvd as "like new, very good, good and acceptable", I am always referring to ONLY the dvd, NOT the case.

SHIPPING CHARGES

Shipping includes more than just the postage. It includes my supplies (dvds, printer paper, printer ink, labels, envelopes, boxes, etc.). It also includes daily trips to the post office, gas etc. so there is NO SHIPPING DISCOUNT FOR MULTIPLE PURCHASES FOR U.S. BUYERS!!! IF YOU HAVE ISSUES WITH MY SHIPPING CHARGES OR REFUND POLICY, PLEASE DO NOT BID ON THIS OR ANY OTHER ITEM I HAVE LISTED.

I make it a point to ship within 3 business days after I receive your payment, except of course weekends and holidays. Payments must be received within 7 days after your final auction win. If not received within 7 days after your final win, and other arrangements have not been made, I have the option to void the sale to cover the cost or file a dispute against you with ebay which will count as a strike against your account. If you are bidding on multiple dvds, payment is due within 7 days from the date of the LAST item you won and I realize that your bids may stretch out over several days. This is not a problem.

RETURN POLICY

I am committed to the satisfaction of my customers and try to provide the highest level of service and excellence. My used dvds are cleaned and tested if necessary for functionality prior to shipment and I guarantee that they play as if new. If upon receipt, you find that the dvd does not play properly, it is your responsibility to contact me within 48 hours of receiving it per the delivery/tracking confirmation. Otherwise, my return policy expires and I cannot accept the dvd back. It is your responsibility to ship back the dvd within 3 days after receipt, providing me with the tracking number at the time of mailing. It doesn't have to be received within 3 days, just get it in the mail within 3 days. Return shipping costs are the buyer's responsibility. Once I receive the dvd a refund will be issued immediately via PayPal for the purchase price/winning bid of the dvd only.  Purchase price does not include what you paid for shipping.

I DO NOT accept returns for the new dvds since they are brand new.

I DO accept returns for used dvds and ONLY if it does not play properly. Cover art and cases are sold as-is and I will not accept returns if you do not like the condition of the case, but I do guarantee that I will NEVER send you a broken case - and broken means that it will not have cracks or will not close. In other words, the case doesn't work. A sticker on it or writing on it or something similar DOES NOT qualify as broken and I DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS BECAUSE OF BUYER'S REMORSE.

INSURANCE

APPARENTLY EBAY IS REMOVING THE INSURANCE OPTION AS OF 9/22/09 (WEIRD) SO INSURANCE IS NO LONGER GOING TO BE AN OPTION UNLESS I AUTOMATICALLY ADD IT TO THE HANDLING FEE. SINCE MOST PEOPLE DO NOT CHOOSE TO HAVE INSURANCE, I AM NOT ADDING THAT EXTRA CHARGE TO THE COST AND I AM NOT EVEN ALLOWED TO STATE THAT IF YOU WANT IT TO LET ME KNOW. SO... THERE IS NO LONGER AN INSURANCE OPTION BUT I WILL PACKAGE AND SHIP YOUR ITEMS AS SAFELY AS I CAN !!

Upon receipt of the DVD I will refund your money for the purchase price of the DVD only. The shipping charges you paid originally will be deducted from any refund given.
